- to the extent and purpose necessary to benefit from CAT LC Poland offer and the possible conclusion of an agreement for the provision of products and services;
- to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed, the consent may be withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect the processing made prior to its withdrawal;
- to the extent and purpose resulting from fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator in connection with the provisions of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (Journal of Laws of 1994 No. 121, item 591);
- based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator to establish, exercise or defend any claims that might arise from the performance of the services until their statutory expiry.
Each data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, transfer and restrict the processing of data by the Administrator, as well as the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
Each data subject has the right to object to the processing of data by the Administrator.
Personal data is processed only by authorized or processing persons with whom the Personal Data Processing Agreements have been signed.
The Administrator provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the Customers' personal data, in particular preventing third parties from accessing them or processing them in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
