Tomasz Zarzycki new Managing Director of CAT Cargo Logistics for Eastern and Central Europe
CAT LC Polska is pleased to announce the appointment of Tomasz Zarzycki as the new Managing Director of CAT LC for Eastern and Central Europe.
Tomasz Zarzycki has been working for Groupe CAT, Cargo Logistics Division for over 13 years, holding a number of managerial positions both in Poland and, most recently, as the Director of Sales of CEE Region and the Managing Director of CAT LC Ukraine.
Tomasz Zarzycki has been appointed Managing Director of CEE Region as of 1 July 2021. He replaced the previous Director Radosław Rożek, who decided to continue his professional career outside the structures of Groupe CAT.
Radosław Rożek has been with the company for 17 years - during that time, he significantly contributed to the company's development and strengthening of its market position. Under his leadership, the company achieved annual increases in financial indicators and increased the portfolio of customers.
Tomasz Zarzycki as a new Managing Director will pursue the policy of further strengthening and expansion of CAT LC in Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic States, focusing on servicing both existing and new clients. Tomasz Zarzycki's assumption of the company's management as of 1st September this year will also provide a new impulse for extending the services offered, unifying the standards of service and standardising the IT solutions offered to clients in the CEE region.
Tomasz Zarzycki
Manager with 15 years of experience in the areas of company development and sales, business coach, expert in logistics. He built the strategy of cooperation with the largest companies in Europe such as Volkswagen, Caterpillar, Volvo and Europapier. He is an MBA graduate, he has run educational and development programs for CEOs, managers, specialists and students. He is also the author of numerous articles and shares his knowledge in the media and at conferences.
